IAS REGISTER AG – Glocal Compliance Service – was founded in 2004 by a group of Italian and Swiss professionals and entrepreneurs, who had gained over the years a rich entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the Compliance of organizations and, more generally, in that of business management. .

In the first nine years, the activity focused mainly on the certifications on the Quality, Environment, Safety management systems and on the certification of products and services, carried out by the Assessment Division through the IAS REGISTER.

Starting from previous specific experiences of the founders and managers of IAS REGISTER, the Inspection Division is established which, through IAS INSPECTION, focuses its actions on Inspection and Expediting activities in the Oil & Gas and Food sectors.

In 2013, from the meeting with some Italian and Swiss managers and university professors, IAS SCHOOL – International Compliance & Coaching Business School was born, active in the issues of Compliance and made immediately operational through training courses held in Russia, Italy, Switzerland, Greece and Tunisia.
This project is based on the sharing, by the founders, of the strategic importance that Compliance plays and will play in an increasingly consistent way in the system of socio-economic relations between profit and non-profit organizations, private or public, of any size. and commodity sector and the communities of the various countries around the world.

Since 2016, the IAS Register Maghreb Sarl in Tunisia and the IAS Register South Europe IKE in Greece have been opened.

Since 2019 he has developed the activities of ICN – International Compliance Network with other international certification bodies, based in Switzerland.

To date, over 60 professionals operate and work on behalf of IAS REGISTER AG – Glocal Compliance Service, divided between headquarters and commercial development personnel, auditors, technical experts, inspectors and teacher trainers.

The current reference market is mainly the European one with customers and relationships also in Asia, Africa and America. The activities are developed in more than 30 countries and involve contractual relationships with more than 1500 companies and with thousands of trained people.RE
